It's been a long winter. Too much snow and Emily has spent the last month suffering from an awful cough that left everyone in the house with a lack of sleep. It was time to escape to Boise, warmer temperatures and no snow, to listen to songs about the beach since we can't be there ourselves.
Her favorite songs of the night is when he sang Zac Brown's Knee Deep and then finished with Margaritaville. The concert was Wednesday night, so we skipped school on Thursday and slept in before leaving spring behind and returning to the cold, harsh winter days that feel like they will linger until July.

Boise State Open
Sunday was the last competition before state.
She scored 7th in vault, 8th on bars, 9th on beam, and 9th overall.
Three BSU gymnasts presented awards and a BSU gymnastics blanket to all the athletes, then Emily had them autograph it after their session.
