This week Emily rode Bo for the first time and loved this three year old pony! 

Emily had entered a coloring contest for the Limelight Hotel in Ketchum.  She won first place and was awarded a two night staycation at the luxury hotel.  

Emily is taking a drone class at the middle school and heard about this three day online drone camp through the University of Idaho.  The first night was 5-9 and it involved building the drone.  The second night was all about coding it.  Saturday was 9-5 but was a disappointment to her because it was a lot of guest speakers and group work to come up with a drone presentation, she was hoping for more flying of the drone.  

 

Aaron and Emily recently traveled to St. George, Utah for a shooting match called Berry's Steel Open.  The Cove Creek Ranch Fort was a stop they made along the way to take a break.  This fort was a way station for travelers and the Pony Express. 

 

Emily was happy to be back on Smoky!  Smoky is known for having two personalities - Summer Smoky is the good horse that listens and works, Winter Smoky is grumpy and stubborn.  When Emily is asked by Meghan which horse she wants, Emily will clarify which personality Smoky is showing before she picks.
