Emily had a great meet! She scored first on beam, 4th on floor, 2nd on vault and a fourth place finish overall.

Hill Aerospace Museum
We recently traveled to Utah for a gymnastics meet, and since it overlapped Aaron's birthday we decided to make a long weekend out of it.
First stop when we got to town was the Hill Aerospace Museum at Hill Air Force Base.

New Year's Eve
Emily chose to go night skiing at Rotarun, our local little ski hill with a tow rope. It was a cold night, but there were bonfires to keep the crowd warm. Emily was able to participate in the torch run down and release a Chinese lantern to celebrate the evening.
Christmas
Emily didn't ask for much this year. Grandma and Grandpa sent some shelving that will help complete her room makeover that was started a couple years ago. They also sent this money tree that you see in the picture. From us she received some shooting supplies, some cold weather riding clothing, a subscription kit for teens, some gift cards, and Santa still dropped off a pair of Beats studio earbuds. Her Aunt and Uncle sent some felt animals to help with the room decorations. She also received money from her great aunt and family friends that she is choosing to save.
Winter Break
Emily kept active this break even though it was another staycation. She went sledding, skiing, ice skating, and met up with her gym friends at Jumptime. She also went to gym practice.
